Have you established self-improvement goals for this year? For example, do you want to experience less stress in your life? Or carve out more time for your own enjoyment? Or maybe live a healthier lifestyle? Well how are you going to accomplish these goals? In the case of successfully meeting your goals, less is better. How about choosing three things in your life—just three—that you can improve this year. The beginning of a fresh new year is the time to be optimistic. Setting SMART goals can help.
