Hi We did some serious writing this past month with health related articles listed below. It involved expanding our knowledge about the effects of stress on the human body. Listening to Your Body is Effective Stress Management So now we are going to relax, put our feet up and enjoy family and friends. It's time to relax and rejuvenate with a more simplified and healthier lifestyle. To accomplish this goal, I'm using A Wellness Inventory.
